Educate
We would rather you understand the roof than buy a product name. Several reviews mention being shown what was wrong.
About
A roof team that explains as it works.
L & M Roof Specialist is a Durbanville roofing and waterproofing company. Our clients mention the same things: we’re on time, we’re tidy, and we tell you what’s going on. Micardo and the team treat every roof like it’s over their own heads.
The company is based on Cedarwood Street. There is no long corporate history printed here, and no invented years of service. What is public is simpler: 4.8 from 18 Google reviews, and a phone that answers the work — 078 325 6935. We open at 07:00.
Sharon Roman’s review is the one that names a person. Micardo was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. The job was done thoroughly and neatly, and he kept her informed throughout. That is the standard the rest of the site is written to. We have not added a job title he has not published.
Tidy
Thorough and neat is how Sharon described the finished job. The place should not look like a site when we leave.
Informed
From the first meeting to the last day, you know what is happening. Yvonne Peters wrote that the quotation was prompt and the staff were pleasant. That order stays: look, explain, price it in writing, then start.
